Yellow Belt

  • Kicks (more proficiency, lead leg)
  • Punches (more proficiency, downward/sideways chop)
  • Blocks (same as above, thigh block)
  • Grab arts (5-8)
  • Fighting with non-fighting students
  • Kata (begin learning movements)
  • Minimum training time – 2 months

Yellow Belt with Black Stripe

  • Kicks (more proficiency sidekick)
  • Punches (more proficiency)
  • Blocks (same blocks moving forward/backwards)
  • Grab arts (9-12)
  • Fighting with fighting students
  • Kata (finish learning movements)
  • Minimum training time – 2 months

Orange Belt

  • Kicks (more proficiency, inward/outward Crescent)
  • Punches (hook)
  • Blocks (same blocks moving sideways)
  • Grab arts (13-16)
  • Fighting with peers (more proficient)
  • Kata (able to perform alone)
  • Minimum training time – 2 months

Orange Belt with Black Stripe

  • Kicks (hook)
  • Punches (more proficient, elbow strikes– sideways)
  • Blocks (more proficient, outward knife forward/backward)
